At GrowthSphere Coaching, we aim to deliver professional, high-quality coaching services, learning materials, and tools.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines how refunds, returns, and rescheduling requests are handled across our services, digital products, and physical goods.

2. Services (Coaching Sessions, Workshops, and Programs)
We understand that schedules can change. Therefore, we provide flexible options for rescheduling and cancellation under the following conditions:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a coaching session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Cancellations (before 24 hours): A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours): The full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

No-shows: If you fail to attend a booked session, the session is considered completed and is non-refundable.

Multi-week programs:

Cancellations before the first session → full refund.

Cancellations after the first session → partial refund for unused sessions (minus a 10% administrative fee).

Service disruptions: If GrowthSphere Coaching must reschedule a session for unforeseen reasons, you will be offered a new session date or a full refund.
Justification: Coaching sessions are time-based and require reserved time slots that cannot be reassigned on short notice.
3. Digital Products (E-books, Online Courses, and Downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
This includes downloadable PDFs, videos, and online learning modules.
Justification: Once accessed, digital content cannot be returned, ensuring the integrity of intellectual property and content licensing.
If you experience technical issues (e.g., file download errors or access problems), contact us within 7 days of purchase at privacy@growthsphere.com, and we will assist in restoring access or reissuing the material.
4. Physical Goods (Books, Printed Materials, and Tools)
If you receive a physical product, such as printed materials or branded items, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact privacy@growthsphere.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-refundable items: Personalized materials, printed certificates, or limited-edition products cannot be refunded once produced or shipped.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at purchase.

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:

Completed coaching sessions or delivered services.

Downloaded or accessed digital content.

Physical products returned after the 14-day period or damaged through misuse.
